Adam Daniel Watkins 

was born on Nov 2, 1981 in Layton Utah. As part of a legacy of photographers Adam has committed  his knowledge of commercial photography to a study in Fine Art. After gradutating Art Cum-Luade with a BFA from the University of Utah Adam was invited to return immediately as a graduate instructor in the fine arts program from which he's recieved his Master's Degree. Concurrent with his passion for art making Adam teaches Photography at the U of U and surrounding college campuses. He is a member of the Salt City Photo Society, and is active in numerous National and International Honour Societies.

In addition to his work in commerce, Adam’s art has been seen in several national Fine Art publications such as: VQR Magazine (2016) The Art of Travel Photography (2014) Figures/Context (2014), Diffusion: Unconventional Photography Magazine, Exposure: Year in ReviewHis images have recieved numerous jury awards and have been displayed in National and Local galleries including: PhotoPlace Gallery, The Finch Lane Gallery, The Woodbury Gallery, The Alvin Gittens Gallery, Williams Fine Art Gallery, The Rio Grande Gallery, and The Salt Lake City Photo-Collective, Adam currently lives and continues his work at his home in Salt Lake City, Utah.
